The Ask: Apply Jellyvision's famously clear and humorous brand voice to its comprehensive security protocols, transforming a typically dense, technical document into an accessible and brand-aligned asset for customers.
My Role: I partnered with Jellyvision's security experts to translate their complex protocols into the company’s signature brand voice, turning technical jargon into clear, accessible, and humorous copy that reinforced the brand's commitment to clarity.
