I help experts tell their stories. To other experts. To non-experts. And to people who need help arriving at a buying decision.
The Agentic SOC: Your Teammate for Tomorrow, Today
The Ask: Translate a dense, internal-facing technical vision for the future of the Security Operations Center (SOC) into a strategic thought-leadership asset for C-suite security leaders.

My Role: I shaped the core narrative, established a minimal and authoritative voice, and built a clear, persuasive argument that proved the strategic value of an agentic SOC.

The Outcome: A high-level white paper that transformed a complex technical roadmap into an effective, C-suite-ready thought leadership piece, enabling informed executive decision-making.

Coordinated Defense: Building an AI-powered, Unified SOC
The Ask: Demystify the architecture of a modern, unified Security Operations Center (SOC) and demonstrate its practical value in stopping complex, multi-stage cyberattacks.

My Role: I developed the core narrative strategy for the guide, including the kill-chain metaphor that enabled scenario-based explanations for each security domain (endpoints, identities, etc.).

The Outcome: A comprehensive 20-page guide and five shareable infographics that successfully educate senior security leaders on the tangible benefits of a unified platform approach.
Jellyvision Security: Applying a Brand Voice to Technical Documentation
The Ask: Jellyvision needed its comprehensive security protocols translated into the same voice that made ALEX one of the most recognizable products in HR tech—warm, clear, and occasionally funny, even when the subject matter is anything but.
My Role: I partnered with Jellyvision's security experts to translate their complex protocols into the company's signature voice, turning technical jargon into clear, accessible, and occasionally funny copy that reinforced the brand's commitment to clarity.
The Outcome: A customer-facing, on-brand security overview that makes topics like infrastructure security, data privacy, and access control feel approachable without undermining their credibility — proving that even the most technical communications can be engaging and build customer trust.
