Unlocking Microsoft Defender: Campaign Content System
The Ask: Move security audiences — from technical SecOps to leadership CISOs — away from the pain of tool fragmentation and alert fatigue and toward a clearer, more confident case for unified, autonomous defense. The work had to reach the full buying funnel, from top-of-funnel education to purchase-ready proof.
My Role: I developed the core narrative and wrote the flagship ten-page ebook, translating complex product capabilities into a compelling "human + AI" story. Then I re-cut that narrative for the rest of the funnel: a two-page executive summary that elevated the business case — ROI, operational drag, strategic outcomes — for time-poor C-suite readers, and a lower-funnel infographic that compressed the campaign's strongest data points into a visual case for purchase consideration.
The Outcome: A cornerstone content system — one narrative laddered across formats and funnel stages, giving the campaign a single coherent story told at every altitude, from first-touch education to bottom-of-funnel proof.
The C-Suite Decision: Buyer's Guide Strategic Rework
The Ask: Transform a dense, feature-focused security buyer's guide into a compelling, persuasive decision-making tool for time-poor executives.
My Role: I fundamentally re-architected the guide, establishing a stronger narrative hierarchy and clearer reasons-to-believe, and rewrote the content to align with a strategic, top-down perspective.
The Outcome: A streamlined, more effective buyer's guide that moved from a list of features to a powerful argument for choosing Microsoft.
From Alert Fatigue to Proactive Defense: What Gen AI Can Do for Your SOC
The Ask: Microsoft needed to replace an obsolete, pre-GenAI ebook. With no strategist assigned, the core challenge was to redefine the narrative to prove the immediate, practical value of AI for the modern Security Operations Center (SOC), moving beyond a purely conceptual vision.
My Role: I stepped in to define the editorial strategy, shifting the narrative from a future-focused "path to AI" to present-day solutions. I then architected the new ebook around four distinct, real-world scenarios—investigation, script analysis, threat hunting, and executive reporting—to make the benefits of AI tangible and relatable.
The Outcome: A new 14-page ebook built on a clear, scenario-based architecture. The final asset successfully guided the audience from feeling overwhelmed by security challenges to feeling empowered by AI-driven solutions, fulfilling the project's primary objective.

Total Economic Impact™: One Study, Two Audiences
The Ask: Put newly commissioned Forrester insights into the world — and make them land with the two audiences who decide on a security platform for different reasons. Practitioners ask, "Does it work, and does it make my job easier?" The C-suite asks, "What's the ROI, and what does it cost me not to act?"
My Role: I wrote the LinkedIn captions and carousel copy, splitting the campaign by audience — operational proof for practitioners, ROI and cost of inaction for the C-suite — while working within Forrester's rigorous guidelines for representing its research.
The Outcome: Two audience-targeted carousels that brought fresh Forrester-backed insights to the feed and drove readers to the full study — with strong organic engagement across both.
Copilot Studio Blog Series (for Product Marketing)
The Ask: Microsoft product marketing commissioned a series of blog posts to build out the Copilot Studio content library — reaching the distinct audiences in the buying conversation, from business leaders to CIOs to hands-on IT teams.
My Role: I wrote each of these posts for a different audience and altitude, translating Microsoft's analyst research (Forrester, Gartner, IDC) and customer proof points into clear, benefit-led narratives — published under the product marketer's byline.
The Outcome: A set of audience-segmented posts that gave Copilot Studio's product marketing team a coherent content library spanning the full buying committee — strategic framing for executives, practical guidance for practitioners
- Microsoft Copilot Studio and the role of conversational AI in your organization's IT strategy — the CIO's strategic case: conversational AI as a technology-roadmap decision, framed around governance, risk, and responsible AI for IT leadership.
- Improving customer and employee experiences with Microsoft Copilot Studio — the business case, built on customer proof points (PG&E, Standard Bank) and ROI.
- 5 ways IT departments can get started with low-code and AI — a practical, use-case walkthrough for the practitioners who'd actually build the solutions.

5 Key Factors Driving Digital Transformation in Professional Learning (BenchPrep)
The Ask: Make the case to professional-learning organizations that five converging forces — two social, three business — are driving digital transformation across the industry, and that adapting is now urgent.
My Role: Wrote the ebook — a 16-page guide organizing the five factors into a single argument, built from published research across sources including McKinsey, the U.S. Department of Education, and industry analysts.
The Outcome: A published long-form guide presenting BenchPrep's case for digital transformation in professional learning.
The Fall Gap Campaign (RevenueWell)
The Ask: Help dental practices — RevenueWell's customers — rebuild patient volume after the COVID shutdowns, and re-engage lapsed accounts, using original research as the campaign's foundation.
My Role: Built the campaign around a survey of dental practices on their reopening status, scheduling, and patient-volume concerns. Wrote the research report and the full promotional set around it: landing page, email, blog, and paid social, including a customer reactivation ad.
The Outcome: A 2020 research report that ranked first for the year and second among all gated assets in RevenueWell's history, plus the landing pages, email, and campaign content that promoted it.
